Thread stuck in device driver (windows 10 + amd a10-7800 radeon r7) idc aug 19, 2015 9:32 am i've had a problem with my amd a10-7800 radeon r7 ever since i made an update to windows 10.. I have read, that there seems to be a problem with amd drivers. my graphic card is a amd radeon r7 and the processor an amd a10-7800 radeon r7, 12 cc 4c+8g. when i check for drivers, everything seems to be updated.. The dump was thread_stuck_in_device_driver_m, probably caused by : dxgkrnl.sys but has atikmdag.sys on the stack. so seems to be either a bug in the driver for your amd graphic card, or a hardware problem..

Thread_stuck_in_device_driver_m (100000ea) the device driver is spinning in an infinite loop, most likely waiting for hardware to become idle. this usually indicates problem with the hardware itself or with the device driver programming the hardware incorrectly.. Tip: if you’ve tried driver easy to fix the problem, but the problem persists, please feel free to contact driver easy support team at support@drivereasy.com for further assistance. our technical support would be happy to help you with tthe problem.. This feature is not available right now. please try again later..
