Hi, a few days ago the sound on my acer aspire v3 - 772g, about 1 year old, started crackling and getting distorted. it doesn't matter if i'm using the laptop's speakers or my headphones, it's the same crackling noise.. I have had my acer swift 3 (running windows 10) for about 6 weeks now. two days ago, i was using a website with audio playback (my laptop was running for about 4 hours at this point), and the audio playback from the speakers began crackling/reverb.. Tried 593g audio driver, problem not solved, still had crackling noise when i got notification message pop ups from messengers, i think the audio device goes to sleep state and when a pop up "dingggg" noise plays, it comes out of sleep with a crackling noise..
Hello. yesterday my acer started to have an very odd problem. the sound started to crackle. i re installed all drivers, even windows 8.1, but the problem didn't disappear. the crackling appears from time to time, but for example if i change volume level with my mouse, it always crackles.. Hello everyone, a couple of days ago i bought acer spin 5 sp513-52n and it works great, but i just have one minor problem. sometimes i hear crackling sound when i play any kind of music or video.. Hi missmonkey i had what i think is the same problem with an acer aspire e15 running windows 8. the voices and sound distorted (dalek-like) and crackled when the cursor was disturbed..
